Electric RC Car Servicing and Repairs
Nitro RC can now offer RC car servicing and repairs for the whole of the UK. The online RC car repairs service can be booked from this page, before adding this item to the cart, please ensure you email us your car make and model and the nature of the fault. This is to ensure we are able to get hold of the parts required prior to posting the item out to us.
When sending your RC car or truck, please ensure you include a brief covering letter detailing what happened to the car and how, this will enable us to make an assessment of the type of maintenance and part required to fix your RC car. Don’t forget to include a return address, a telephone number and an email we can use to reach you. Always include your radio gear in the parcel, this will help us re-calibrate your model and diagnose problems.
Please always include your RC model manual in the parcel.
Our hourly rate is £15 an hour and we always aim to complete each job within a maximum of two hours. Spares will be charged separately.
An engineer will be in touch with you via email confirming costs prior to commencing work. If you change your mind, we will return the model to the address provided on the covering letter.
Your vehicle will be tested for functionality prior to being returned to you, we will also video your RC car once fixed and keep the video on file for future reference.
When sending parcels to us we strongly encourage customers to insure the contents up to the car market value, Nitro RC will not accept liability for any loss or damage caused during transit.
Please note, the above fee only covers shipping of the item back to you once the job is complete or in the eventuality you may wish to cancel your order, the actual cost for labour and spares will be quoted separately once we have inspected your vehicle.
How to book your RC Car servicing and repairs:
- Contact us via email to let us know the make and model and nature of the damage
- Pay for a return courier by clicking the above add to cart button
- One of our engineers will inspect your car and email you a quote
- If you accept the quote we will take payment and start repairs on your RC car
- If you reject the quote we will return it to you, no further charges applied
- Turnaround time is typically 5 working days.
