Orders that arrive prior to 12.30pm are generally dispatched on that working day, subject to stock availability and business workload.
Orders are usually sent via courier, or Royal Mail.

If you find a faulty or damaged item please tell us as soon as possible, so that we are able to settle the issue with minimal delay - any damage to an item needs to be reported to us inside three days of receipt. If you accept delivery of a signed for damaged package or packets please make certain to advise damaged condition whilst signing for it.
Non-delivery of an order needs to be reported to us within 7 working days of from the date of dispatch.

We supply absolute shipping costs for all orders to every EU address.

Restricted goods:
Fuel: Please note we can only ship fuel via courier, that's why the carriage charges are higher than normal. Please consider offsetting the postage cost by purchasing multiple bottles. (We can ship up to a maximum of 10lt of fuel per order)
For North & Central Scotland consignments we regret there's a supplementary carrier surcharge for restricted items.
The maximum fuel amount per order is 10 litres or 2 gallons.
Aerosols: spray paint, engine cleaner etc. can only be sent to United Kingdom destinations.
